Open Positions
Financial Administrator
Candidates will have excellent bookkeeping skills and working knowledge of non-profit accounting and bookkeeping. In particular, candidate will have expert knowledge in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budget projections. Candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Excel and financial management software. Competitive salary and benefits. Development Director
Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in English, Sociology or related field, and 3-5 years experience in grantwriting and non-profit development. Master's degree preferred. Developement Director will work with the Boston Urban Youth Foundation President, to develop and implement organization's fundraising strategy. This would include meeting the benchmarks set out in BUYF's Capacity Building Initiative as well as other important fundraising objectives for the organization. Competitive salary and benefits. Case Managers
