- Provides families with support, counseling, and community resources
- Assist target schools to change practices to improve their capacity to prevent and respond to truancy

Academic Enrichment Center
Building Academic Skills

- Computer stations for wordprocessing, homework, and tutoring software curriculum
- Individual tutoring, education counseling and project-based learning
- Goal is to improve MCAS scores, improve reading levels and participant grades, and increase ability to attend and graduate from college

Youth Enterprise Project
Helps Youth Develop business and marketing skills

- Youth learn business functions, work ethic, team work, critical thinking, and professional interpersonal skills
- Youth identify marketable skills
- YEP has launched two youth-run businesses, Boston Urban Designers, and Hit Me on the Hip pager sales
